Timberlane Tackles Hunger

Timberlane Owls are tackling hunger head on!

Football and Spirit Captains shopped earlier during this homecoming week as part of the NH Tackles Hunger Program. Timberlane will be collecting at tonight’s homecoming football game versus Salem (starts 6:30).

Free admission will be granted to game-goers, supporters and fans that bring a non-perishable food item.  These will then be sorted and sent to our local food pantry.

Several items are of particular need, including peanut butter, jelly, tuna, soups, pasta, sauce and canned fruits and vegetables. Please, don’t bring food in glass containers or expired items. Cash donations are also accepted.

The student-athletes bought $619.29 of food donations at the Hannafords in Hampstead, NH.

Football Captains: Cameron Lovett, Jared Morrison

Spirit Captains: Jennifer Hughes, Olivia McBride, Emily Beaudet

Bass Fishing NHIAA Qualifying Tournament

The Timberlane Bass Fishing team competed at the NHIAA Qualifying Tournament last Tuesday, September 17, 2019.  This tournament had 32 schools competing.  The day was a great success, and while Timberlane did not move on to the State Championship, the students and coaches represented our school and community with great pride.
