State Board of Education Accepts Findings of SWFSC
The State Board of Education has accepted the findings of the Sandown Withdrawal Feasibility Study Committee that it is not feasible and suitable for the Town of Sandown to withdraw from the Timberlane Regional School District.
Dr. Metzler commends the work of the committee for their extensive research and the countless hours given to provide a comprehensive study on behalf of the citizens of Sandown. Unanimously approved by the Board of Education, the study affords an opportunity for the district towns to bond together as one community of learners with a common goal of increasing rigor, accountability and evaluation, all necessary components to support the continuing efforts to increase student achievement at the Timberlane Regional School District.
