Special STEM Enrichment Day Activities Planned at Danville Elementary

Principal Nancy Barcelos is pleased to announce Danville Elementary School is holding a special enrichment day for kindergarten through grade 5 students on Friday, April 22 from 9:00-11:00. 

During this morning time frame classroom teachers and grade levels will focus on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) projects. 

Many activities and experiments will be centered around the theme of Dr. Seuss.  The Cat in the Hat will also be visiting with the children that morning. Dr. Metzler expect this to be an exciting activity for both students and staff and he welcomes the opportunity to incorporate STEM in such a fun way.
