NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD MEETINGS VIA VIDEOCONFERENCE UPDATE

The Timberlane Regional School Board, in compliance with state provisions associated with COVID-19 precautionary measures, will conduct their official school board meetings by way of videoconferencing using the Zoom Webinar platform.

Public access to the meetings will be by webinar that will provide full video and audio of the meetings.  Recordings of the videoconferences will be posted to the district website at a later date.  Meeting agendas will include an online link to each webinar. The agenda will also include a tech support number should members of the public need assistance accessing the meeting.

NEW Log-on Instructions: When logging on, members of the public will be prompted to provide their email address and name.  (Note: members of the public will not be able to participate in the meeting, they may only view the meeting, consistent with state provisions for board videoconferencing.)
