American Legion Oratorical Contest
We are currently seeking a student to represent TRHS in the local American Legion Oratorical Contest held on January 18, 2014 at Londonderry High School. The Oratorical Contest is a speech competition for high school students on the theme of the United States Constitution. It is a wonderful opportunity for students to improve their public speaking skills and to deepen their understanding of the Constitution, while competing for scholarship money. All information regarding the contest, including rules and assigned speech topics, may be found through the link on the TRHS website. Students interested in participating in the contest must declare their interest to Mrs. Allaire in room 123 by Friday January 3 and must also be prepared for a school-wide oratorical contest on Wednesday, January 8, 2014.
