Exam Week – Resources and Workshops
The Positive School Culture Crew would like to help you make it through the exam week with these resources and workshop options following the exam block. Just a reminder there is no late bus, so if you do plan to stay for a workshop, you will need to find a ride home.

WORKSHOPS: During the exam week, there will be five different 30-60 minute workshops offered to students and staff looking for a mental health break from studying, test-taking, and grading. Workshops will be held at 11:00 am on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. If you would like to participate in any of the workshops, please click through the survey to find the workshop(s) you are interested in and simply write in your name to sign up. Please note, some workshops have an additional prompt to check off.
Below is a list of the workshops and their descriptions. Registration closes one school day before the workshop. You may email the instructor to check space if you wish to attend after that time.

COLOR AWAY YOUR STRESS
New studies reveal coloring can help to improve mood, reduce stress and boost creativity. Come decompress after your first day of midterms with some music and therapeutic coloring.

IMPROV
Laughter is proven to be a stress reliever- what better way to kick off the rest of your exam week than joining in on some improv games that will keep you on your toes and laughing! No improv experience is required- just bring an open mind and a fun-loving attitude.

DE-STRESS WITH ESSENTIAL OILS- With make and take option
Essential oils can be a great resource to help quelch stress and anxiety. At this workshop, you will learn about the benefits of essential oils and have the opportunity to make an essential oil roller(s). Roller options include Focused Mind and Concentration with Memory Boost Blend.
Students- One roller FREE, second roller $4; Staff- each roller is $4

WELCOME TO THE GREEN SCREEN AND EDITING ROOM
Take a tour of the Green Screen studio, and see basic demos of the Green Screen, Studio Lights, Teleprompter, etc. If time permits, there will also be an overview of the Adobe Applications available for post-production.
