History Book Club & EHS October Read: “The Things They Carried” By Tim O’Brien

“They carried malaria tablets, love letters, ammunition, comic books, grenades, sewing kits, bibles and each other.  “The Things They Carried” is a testament to the capacity and limits of the human spirit and the fear, horror and surrealism of war.” 

 The History Book Club and English Honor Society invite students, staff and the Timberlane community to join our book discussion as our students express their response to the The Things They Carried through music, dance, art, poetry and drama in the PAC Recital Hall on Thursday November 3rd at 2:45.
