Lynn Lyons Presents “Anxious Kids, Anxious Parents, Ways to Stop the Worry Cycle”

Lynn Lyons, LICSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist who lives and has a private practice in Concord, New Hampshire. For 26 years, she has specialized in the strategies to address anxiety disorders in adults and children.
With a special interest in breaking the generational cycle of worry in families, she is the coauthor of two books on anxiety, “Anxious Kids, Anxious Parents: 7 Ways to Stop the Worry Cycle and Raise Courageous & Independent Children”, and the companion book for kids, “Playing with Anxiety: Casey’s Guide for Teens and Kids.”
On Wednesday, March 23, 2016, the Timberlane Regional School District will sponsor an evening with Lynn for our parents, community members and school district staff. Lynn will provide strategies and information regarding the prevention and management of anxiety. This will be the culminating presentation for our March Professional Development day series.
We look forward to seeing everyone at the Timberlane Performing Arts Center, 40 Greenough Road, Plaistow, NH. This three hour presentation will begin at 5pm and will include a question and answer period for those who choose to participate.
