Attention skiers and riders, the registration for the Timberlane Middle School ski club will open this Sunday November 1st.  First come first serve for the first 150 students.  Flyers with registration information can be found in the front office or outside Mrs. Hampe’s room 1301.

Veterans Day is an official United States holiday that is observed annually on November 11th honoring people who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.  This year Mrs. Brewitt’s advisory would like you to participate in honoring our veterans.  We are hoping to create a hall of honor to recognize the people in our Timberlane community.  Please share a photograph, name and rank of the person you know and would like to honor by November 7th Mrs. Brewitt’s Advisory will be collecting photographs during advisory next week.  Please be sure to label photos appropriately so we can return them.  These Photographs will be displayed during the weeks of November 9-20th Thank you for your support.

10/30              The 6th Gr. Halloween party is tonight from 6-7:30 pm in the café and admission is $5 per person.

11/5                The Pizza Party for the Cross Country students is on Thursday in the café annex, flyers are in the front office.

11/5                Report Cards will be emailed on Thursday.

11/5                Sport Picture day is on Thursday starting at 2:30, forms are in the front office.

 

11/9                PTSA meeting will be on Monday in the cafe at 6:30 pm.

11/10              Early Release day on Tuesday at 12:00 Noon, no lunches will be served.

11/11              No School Veterans day observed.

11/12              Student-led conferences held.

11/13              Timberlane Regional Middle School is sponsoring a Scholastic book fair from Friday, November 13th through Friday, November 20th in the library, and you are invited to attend! All students will have an opportunity to visit the Book Fair with their classes.  Check your child’s Google Classroom page for Language Arts to find out when he or she is visiting the book fair with their LA teachers. Parents are also welcome to stop in daily from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.  In addition, the fair will be open extended hours Thursday, November 12th during Student-Led Conferences until 7:00 pm.  If you’re coming to student-led conferences, it’s a great opportunity to do two things at once! Books are an important investment in your child’s education and future.  They make wonderful gifts for the holidays. Please come and share the love of reading with us.

11/21              TRHS Ski Team’s Annual ski and snowboard swap will be held on Saturday Nov. 21st from 8am – 12 pm at TRMS.  For more information please contact TRHS.SkiBoosters@gmail.com.

New Club For Girls grades 6 through 12 called Girls Can Code beginning on Tuesdays.  No programming experience necessary. Middle school girls interested in coding should meet in room 1500 with Mrs. Liss then walk up to the high school together.  You may take the Middle school late bus home.  See posters in the café for more details.
