- The Middle School Ski Club will start registering for the 2015 ski season on Saturday, November 1st. There is a red flyer in the front office that has all the registration details, please have your child pick one up. We only have room for 150 kids! First come – first hitting the slopes! - Attention All winter athletes: Basketball players, Wrestlers and Cheerleaders if you plan on trying out for one of our school teams MAKE SURE you have signed up online and your physical is up to date and on file in the nurse’s office. If you have any questions please see Mr. Johnson.

- Math Challenge of the Week: Mrs. Sherman is selling slices of fresh apple pie for $3.25 a slice. Each pie contains exactly 8 slices. If she baked 5 pies, how much money would she receive if she sold all 5 pies?
- Last week’s Solution: There are 90 calories in a banana.

- A kid friendly walk in the woods filled with ghoulish fun and Ghostly activities 4 – 6pm
- A Erie walk in the sinister woods for any brave soul 8:30 to 9:30 pm
- Both walks start at the Middle School baseball diamond $5 per person to support Mealy’s meals.

- Costume Contest at the TRMS Library
- Now through Halloween Day!
- What – Anytime between now and Halloween Day, bring a costume to school that is based on a character from a book you have read. You will change into your costume in the library and make a short video.
- In the video you will tell the name of the book and the character from that book you represent and why you chose to dress as that character. No face paint allowed.
- Where – TRMS Library and Video Lab
- When – During advisory any morning between now and Halloween Day.
- How/Logistics of contest–
- Bring your costume and change into it in the library during advisory, to make a video
- Change back into regular clothes before returning to your classes
- The videos will be shown the following week during lunch in the cafeteria and kids will vote for their favorite costumes
- The costume with the most votes from each grade will win a gift card to shop at the November library book fair for $20.00 each
