Word of the Week –    Persevere

“Girls B Basketball Pizza Party will be on Friday 2/12 from 2:30-3:30. Please bring your uniform and $3.” It will still be in Myra Hogan’s Health Room 1506

6th grade Basketball for Boys and Girls (no experience necessary)

It is held in the gym every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:30-3:30. Come learn the skills of Basketball and play in games.   You can take the late bus home!

The Health Office in conjunction with the Student Senate is sponsoring a “Go Red For Women” campaign on Friday February 12th.  Friday will be designated as a wear red and jeans day.  Contributions may be made in the front office and will go to the American Heart Association.  Heart Disease is the number 1 killer of women each year.  Your contributions will go toward awareness, research, education and community programs to benefit all women.  Every dollar matters, every life matters.  Thank you in advance for your lifesaving effort.  If you would like you blood pressure checked and receive a heart healthy treat, please stop by the Health office on Friday February 12th wearing your red and jeans.

The Plaistow Public library is now offering the following programs for teens. Monday February 29th at 3:30 Creative writing club. Teen Wednesdays (students can take bus 130 from the middle school provided they have a front office approved parent note. Students will need to be picked up at the library.) Upcoming activities include: today Teen Maker club are you ready to make something? 2/17 Chill club-Come chill out with friends. 3/1 Duct tape club

TRMS Library will be having a Used Book Fair

February 16th – 17th & 18th from 8:00 am to 3:00pm

 Students can come to the library with a pass to shop for books

 Books priced between .10 cents to $1.00

Come shop for February vacation reading

We are currently accepting donations of clean gently-used books at the TRMS Library.

There will also be a teacher/adult section in the book fair, so teachers and staff please feel free to donate your used books for the adult table.
