Questions/Answers on this Bid:
- Do you have a particular Epson model in mind? We do not have one in mind, just whatever meets or exceeds the specs.
- If not, do you prefer laser, or is a lamp model fine? Either is fine
- Any preference for WiFi and wireless screen sharing? No preference.
- The RFP mentions that the cabling between the HDMI wall plates must not be visible, and either in wall or inside wire molding. What is the construction of the walls where these will be mounted?
- If it is different in each classroom, would you be able to provide a breakdown? The walls are either concrete block or drywall, mostly concrete.
- Will you accept multiple options from vendors, or would you prefer us to just send one option? Yes but no more than 2.

Additional Questions and Answers on this Bid:
1. Do you have drawings for the design (measurements of the projector locations and cabling requirements)? No, we don't have any diagrams or measurements. In general the hdmi cables need to be around 10-12 feet from the projectors to the hdmi port box in the front of the classroom for teachers to plug into.
2. Are the locations consistent with how the equipment will need to be installed? In general the projectors will be installed above the whiteboards in the front of the classrooms.
3. Can I submit a second proposal with an alternative projector of the same or better specifications? Please just submit one (your best bid) meeting the requirements.
4.) Will you except any non-Epsom projectors? No, please only bid Epsom as we have many in the district already and have standardized training, support, and spare parts with them already.
